15-30 drops of lemon or peppermint essential oil
2-3 tablespoons of baking soda
1/2 cups of coconut oil

How to prepare it:

Preparation is really simple, you just mix all the ingredients together and use the paste normally.

Spit the oil in the end which will absorb the bacteria and it will keep your teeth clean
