<p>Step 1: After removing the sanitary towel from the package, make sure that you unfold it.</p>
<p>Step 2: After sitting on the loo, pull down your underwear up to your knees.</p>
<p>Step 3: After you are done with that, remove the patch off the pad to bring forth the adhesive that will allow you to stick it. If the pad is a winged one, then you would find three such strips for each of the three wings.</p>
